RNR Farms Riding Camp 2012

A safe and fun day camp for kids who want to ride and learn more about horses!

 Each day campers will enjoy two 45 minute riding sessions plus several hands on learning experiences where they will learn all about horse care, grooming, feeding and tack. Other activities will include games, arts and crafts projects and fishing from our stocked pond.  Camp will run from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Campers must bring a sack lunch (we have refrigerators in our tack room to store them in) plus water/drinks. It is highly recommended that campers wear sunscreen and appropriate clothing for our hot Oklahoma weather. We do require all students to wear long pants and closed toed shoes with a heel– breeches and boots are preferred but not mandatory. We will provide all other necessities– horses, tack, equipment, helmets, etc. All campers must be age 7 or older. In the event that we have bad weather and are unable to ride that day, we will still have camp but will be limited to non-riding activities. If this occurs, campers will be given a gift certificate for a private riding lesson which can be scheduled for a later date.

Camp is $300 if registration is made before the closing date and $350 if afterwards. To reserve a slot, please pay the $50 non-refundable deposit  by the closing date. The remaining $250 will be due the morning of the first day of camp. For last minute registration, the camp fee is $350 due the morning  of the first day of camp.
